Returns and Exchange
Returns and/or exchanges are not applicable for items that are free size, including accessories and any sale/discounted items. Exceptions will be given if there are manufacturing defects to non-sale/non-discounted items only. In this case, we will make the exchange with a similar product or any item of your choice, amounting to the same value or lower as the item to be exchanged.

1. Normal priced items that come with sizes, are applicable for exchange but not refundable. The exchange can be made for a similar item or any item of your choice, amounting to the same value or lower as the item to be exchanged.
2. In the case of an exchange, should the cost of the exchanged item be less than the returned item, Kaya& will not refund the balance. However, should the cost of the exchanged item be more than the returned item, the customer will have to top up on the balance. No refunds will be given.
3. Should the return of an item be necessary, the item to be returned must be returned in its original product packaging, with its original labels and tags still intact; and must have no signs of wear, damage, no scent or perfume, of any signs of use.
4. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and be in touch with you via email, within 3 working days, to make arrangements for the exchange. However, should we find that the item to be exchanged to not be in its original conditions as stated above (4), the exchange will be void and you will have to pay the shipping fee for us to resend the item/s back to you.
5. Return shipping and re-delivery costs of exchanged item/s will be borne by the customer, as well as any tax that may arise from the sending back the package.
6. To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Email us within 24hrs from the receipt of your package, stating your Invoice and Order numbers, the item/s to be exchanged and the reasons for the exchange.

Please do not return your item without first contacting us to avoid the loss of your returned package and any miscommunication that may arise from there.

Our products are handmade, and as such designs of motif placements and colours may differ on each piece. It is also perfectly normal for the prints of hand printed fabrics to be imperfect. These imperfections are part of the characteristics and results of manual fabric printing and should not be regarded as defects. As such, no returns/refunds will be entertained in these cases. Please ensure that you understand and are agreeable to these characteristics before making your purchase.

Please allow arrear of 0.5 inch to 1 inch difference to the given measurements.

While all efforts are taken to ensure that our products are reflected as closely as possible to the original products, we cannot guarantee that all actual products will be exactly the same as shown on your screen or the screens of other digital devices as each device's colour calibration and configuration are not the same. Any discrepancies arising as a result of this will not be entertained.
How can I cancel my order? Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately you will not be able to cancel your order once you have made payment.

Be sure of your purchase/s before making payment as no refund will be given once payment is made.
Should your parcel be returned to us
In the event your parcel is returned to us as a result of the following reasons, you will need to bear the shipping fee for us to resend your package back to you:

Incomplete or wrong address details given

You were not reachable despite three (3) attempts by the courier company to contact you

There was no one at the given address to receive your package despite three (3) attempts to reach you
What if I made my purchase and forgot to key in a discount code?
Discounts and offers vary from time to time. At times it is automatically applied, while at other times you will need to key in the code at check-out. Should you miss the opportunity to key in the discount codes, we will not be able to give any reimbursements. As such, pls ensure that you do check the details in your cart carefully before completing the payment process.
